Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of DesignGuard AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you're using DesignGuard on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on that company's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Connecting Figma and GitHub
DesignGuard reads (and, only where you explicitly request it — such as applying a safe fix or opening a Code Connect pull request — writes to) the Figma files and GitHub repositories you connect. You confirm you have the right to grant DesignGuard this access, and you can revoke it at any time from your Figma or GitHub account or from DesignGuard's integration settings.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use DesignGuard to access files or repositories you don't have permission to access, to disrupt the Service, or to reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that violate this or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the Service or other customers.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of your design and code data. You grant us only the rights needed to process it in order to provide the Service — running audits, building the design graph, and generating fixes or scaffolds you request.
7. Service "as is"
DesignGuard's audits and suggested fixes are decision support, not a guarantee of correctness — you're responsible for reviewing any change before it ships. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DesignGuard's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change and post material changes here before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
